At FPC we believe Christ calls each individual believer into mission and ministry to share their specific gifts with the world.
FPC Montrose seeks to provide a loving, grace-filled space in which individuals come to know Christ and are inspired to share their gifts with passion.
We value close, interpersonal relationships, are deeply dedicated to studying God’s Word together, and are committed to being a body of believers that is outwardly focused.
Come Worship with us on Sundays at 9am.
Go & Grow Deeper with us Sundays through Discipleship Classes At 10:30am.
This Sunday, September 16th, immediately after the Worship Service we will have a Congregational Meeting for the purpose of receiving those serving on the Pastor Nominating Committee. After the meeting we hope you’ll stay for a report from the New Beginnings Leader Group.
The 2019 Stewardship drive is on!
Giving to FPC is how we are God’s hands and feet in Montrose and the world. The Spending Plan we will develop for 2019 is based upon what we as a body pledge to give this next year. Please pray about this and let us know so we can be good stewards of the gifts given.
We would love to hear from you and have all pledges in by September 23rd. Pick up a card from the office, or click the button to pledge using the handy web form.
Thank you for your attention to this!

A Note from Pastor Mike
My name is Mike Motsko, and I serve as the interim pastor at FPC. I want to extend a sincere welcome to you, as much as I possibly can on a website, and invite you to visit our church family we call FPC. You are welcome not only to our 9AM worship service on Sundays, but also to a fellowship time after the service to share great coffee & snacks in the Fellowship Hall.
Here, on our website, you will find lots of information about the life of the church along with opportunities for you to connect with activities and classes that individuals and families may enjoy.
May God's best blessings abound to you!

Bible Memorization Challenge: Kid's vs. Adults!
FPC family...we, the adults, have been challenged by Brittany and the kids to memorize one scripture verse per month. The kids are excited to dive into God's word and commit it to memory. There will be prizes along the way, and a party at the end, with 12 verses in their minds and hearts! Kids will memorize from the NIV, so be ready.
September Verse: Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

At FPC We Are Purposely...
Called to Love God
...by worshiping together
We are called to worship God. We worship God as our Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer. We worship in song and prayer, hearing the Word of God, and responding to the Word through the daily offering of our lives.
To Know God
...through His Word, training & equipping
We are called to make disciples of all nations. To make a disciple you have to be one yourself. Seeking a relationship with God the Father, Son and Spirit. Surrender of self and fellowship with other believers, and following God's spoken word--the Bible.
To Serve God & Others
...by being His hands & feet
